*The payment for the room will be realized in advanced, the cancellation of the reservation involves a penalty.
*The hostal is bounded to respect the reservations made by the guest duly confirmed and paid upon arrival. If the client doesn’t pay with punctuality it loses the right of the room’s use, without refund of cash.
*The guest has the obligation of filling the registration in the hostal, in case of groups they need to provide the information required from all the guest housed.
*The check in to the hostal is from 14:00 hrs and the check out and evict of the room are at 13:00 hrs. We have a tolerance of 60 min. with previous notification due to unforeseen circumstances.
*If the capability of the room is exceeded, it will generate extra charges of payment by each person who pass the night on the room. (Max. 2 people), if the extra guest are children lower than 3 years old, no extra payment will be charged. (No person has the right of give accommodation to other without the consent of the management).
*The hostal is not responsible of jewelry or other objects of value left in the room.
*The objects or values forgotten by any guest and found by the personal, will keep in custody of the management of the houses during a period of 30 (thirty) days, been free of responsibility concluded this period.
*If you have to modify or cancel your reservation, you can do it until 7 days before the arrival without any charge or additional cost by email.
*After this time, the following changes or cancellations will had a deduction of 20% of the lodging. If the cancellation occurred 4 days after the arrival, the deduction would be 50% of the lodging, and the non-presentation on the previously agreed date without written communication of the cancellation, could lead to the a full charge of the accommodation.
*During high season, there not be allowing cancelations, only reschedule reservation.
